WSOP 2009 Blogs Tweets and Coverage from Full Tilt Poker
The hugely successful online poker site Full Tilt is upping the ante on the news from WSOP 2009 with their 2009 WSOP News Page, a new portal created to provide poker players on everything related to the World Series of Poker 2009, including players views, players’ insights, players’ coverage, minute to minute updates, players’ blogs and more.
FullTilt.com’s new 2009 WSOP Coverage Page is not the typical information site offered by many other sites. The website is broken down into three parts, and includes a daily highlights area in where viewers can get access to the WSOP 2009 events info, results, players and more in an articles series written by the Full Tilt Poker staff members Roy Winston and AlCantHang. Aside from the same ol’ daily updates and results on every poker event, Full Tilt Poker’s 2009 World Series of Poker Coverage Page also highlights two in house blogs, Poker from the Rail Blog, which highlights comments, wsop news, inside info from Full Tilt star players, opinions from FullTiltPoker.com’s fans and authors and guest posts from guest bloggers, and the Pro Blog, which features comments from members of Team Full Tilt playing in the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, including Andy Bloch, Jon “Pearljammed” Turner and Roy Winston.
In addition, Full Tilt’s new 2009 WSOP Coverage Page has a Twitter area that provides round the clock updates and notes from different poker professionals. Poker players involved in the Twitter portion include, Beth Shak, Jennifer Harman, Andy Bloch, Howard Lederer, Mike Matusow and Rafe Furst. The Twitter area allows poker players to send short messages letting the world know whats going on. These updates known as “tweets”, can be transmitted from all over through a cellular phone or other handheld.
